Raw Vegan Menu

Today we tried out our raw vegan menu with our friends at Blue Bug Digital.

The Menu:

{Breast of Watermelon Sashimi, with slivered scallions and asian vinaigrette}

{Sunflower Seed + Basmati Rice Salad with african peppers, sweet white corn and fresh herbs}

{Roasted Artichokes + Asparagus Tips, with paper thin candied lemon and sherry smoked raisin tapenade}

{Turkish Zucchini Fritters, with mediterranean style chimichurri sauce}

{Julienne of Raw Sesame Carrots + Celery Root with macerated golden raisins, slivered almonds, lavender honey + apple cider, and baby epazote salad}

{Grilled Oyster Mushroom Skewers with lemon zest and chili flakes}

{Raw Zucchini Lasagna with sundried tomato sauce, pistachio pesto + pine nut ‘ricotta,’ sliced tomato and basil}

{Crisp Raw Kale Chips, lightly seasoned}

There’s no way of knowing for sure… but we think they liked it…
